1. Introduction
1.1. These supplementary terms and conditions, which form part of our standard Terms of Use (the “Terms”), may be amended from time to time and apply to all clients who hold an account with Equitix Ltd, a company engaged in investment, trading, mining, and exchange services.
1.2. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these supplementary terms and conditions and any other documents published on our Terms and Conditions page, these supplementary terms shall prevail. Where any material changes are made to these terms, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept or reject the updated terms.
1.3. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the suspension or closure of your account upon seven (7) days’ notice. Where applicable, we reserve the right to withhold any funds in accordance with our policies and applicable regulations.
1.4. By using our services, you acknowledge that Equitix may act as the counterparty to your trades. We may execute your orders either as an agent on your behalf or as a principal, acting as the sole execution venue for transactions conducted on our platform.
1.5. If you have any inquiries regarding your account with Equitix, you may contact us through our Help Center or via our live chat support system.
1.6. If you wish to file a complaint regarding our services, you may submit the details of your complaint to us at support@equitix.online. We will review your complaint and provide a final response within fifteen (15) days from the date it is received.
